Shalaka Gandbhir, MSPT, is a patient-focused pelvic floor physical therapist with over 17 years of clinical and leadership experience, specializing in pelvic health, orthopedics, ergonomics, and holistic rehabilitation for all ages. As founder of TheraCure Physical Therapy, she delivers advanced manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and personalized home-based care throughout the Bay Area, empowering individuals to achieve long-term wellness.
Shalaka has led teams of more than 50 therapy professionals and developed impactful programs in orthopedics, geriatrics, and sports medicine, drawing on deep expertise and specialized training from the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She is Level 1 Neurokinetic Therapy Certified and Reiki Level 3/Crystal Therapy trained, integrating these complementary approaches for a truly holistic healing experience. A dedicated educator, she guides patients through postpartum recovery and pelvic health, ensuring seamless therapy with meticulous attention to insurance, scheduling, and compliance.
